1. About Freshna
Freshna is a handcrafted natural skincare brand based in Erftstadt-Friesheim, 50374 Germany. All products are made by hand in small batches using plant-derived ingredients. By purchasing from freshn.online, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
All Freshna products are described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur between batches due to the natural ingredients used — this is a feature of handcrafted products, not a defect. Ingredient lists are provided for each product; it is your responsibility to check for known allergens before purchase.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Freshna reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, the price is fixed. An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. Receipt of a confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order.
4. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are provided as guidance and may change due to production schedules. You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any point before the item has been dispatched by emailing sjcde@proton.me with your order number.
5. Shipping
We ship within Germany and across the EU. Free standard shipping is available on German orders over €50, applied automatically at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and Freshna cannot be held liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at sjcde@proton.me. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item. Opened products cannot be returned unless they are genuinely faulty.
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Freshna does not store, view, or have access to your card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on freshn.online — including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Freshna. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freshna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
10. Privacy
Freshna collects only the personal information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. Your data is never sold to third parties. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
12. Changes to These Terms
Freshna reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date below. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
