Every Freshna order is packed by hand using recycled cardboard, paper tape, and compostable fill. We avoid plastic wherever possible.

Returns

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every Freshna product. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our returns work:

Return window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially-used products unless there is a verified fault.

Pre-orders: You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund at any point before the item is dispatched. Once shipped, standard return conditions apply.

Faulty or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please photograph the issue and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping cost: Unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

How to Return an Item

Email sjcde@proton.me with your order number and the reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

02Pack Your Item

Place the unused, unopened product back in its original packaging if possible.

03Ship It Back

Send to the address we provide. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

04Refund Processed

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
