Yes. Every Freshna product is formulated with plant-derived and naturally occurring ingredients only. We never use parabens, synthetic fragrances, sulphates, or petrochemicals. If you want to understand a specific ingredient, just ask — we are happy to explain.
All Freshna products are cruelty-free — we never test on animals. The majority of our range is also vegan. Any product containing beeswax or other animal-derived ingredients will be clearly labelled.
Most of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind using gentle botanicals. However, everyone's skin is different. We recommend checking the ingredient list carefully and doing a patch test before use, especially if you have known allergies.
Our products are made in small batches without preservatives where possible. Most have a shelf life of 12–24 months from the production date, clearly marked on the packaging. Natural preservative systems are used in water-based formulas to keep them safe.
Most botanicals are harvested directly from our garden in Erftstadt-Friesheim or sourced from certified organic suppliers in Germany and Europe. We prioritise local, seasonal, and sustainably grown ingredients wherever possible.
